Service Above Self

The District Governor's Club, Rotary Year 2008-2009

Now on it's 19th year of highly fulfilling service to the community, the Rotary Club of Parañaque South (RCPS) faces yet a new challenge for the current Rotary Year 2008-2009: to live to the Rotary organization's expectations to perform even better because it is the home club of the incumbent District 3830 Governor, Edgardo "Boyet" Limon.  In fact, DG Boyet is the club's second governor.  The first was PDG Jocelyn "Joc-Joc" Bolante who served in RY 1997-1998 for then District 3810.  But with President Eddie "Ed" Castillo at the helm, RCPS will, no doubt, complete the current term with yet more shining achievements.

Indeed, RCPS has a very colorful history and has, todate, reaped numerous District and Rotary International awards and recognitions, which earned for itself a reputation as a club that is passionately committed to the true essence of Rotary's motto of "service above self".
